To retain the shine and smoothness, We recommend once a week with a high quality shampoo and conditioner with a “pH” of 4.0 – 4.5 or meet with your stylists.
Our extensions range from 10-32 inches long and can vary in width, which will relate to their placement position on the scalp. Length is measured from the weft of the extensions. For curly or wavy textures, the hair is measured when the hair is straight
All of our hair extensions are high quality, luxury human hair. Installed extensions will maintain quality with proper maintenance, such as washing, conditioning, and daily handling. We do our best to guide our clients in selecting hair that fits their color and texture preference.
The color is up to you! For a flawless look, select a hair color that complements your natural hair color. If you’re going for a new bold color, we recommend speaking with a stylist to discuss how to blend the colored extensions in with your hair. Our salon also does color services.
There is only an exchange policy. The client must return within 48-hours and the extensions must return in the same condition; including, but not limited to, no cutting, no color change or chemical alterations.
